Residents who I visited there said they were very happy with the way the staff supported them and treated them with respect and dignity. The meals that are served in the dining room look very appetizing and the facility smells good, it is very clean. Seniors who I visited there said they felt very at home with the unique apartments- each one looks different instead of having cookie cutter units.

There are community outreach things that they do things for the whole community. There are a lot of things that are kind of closed due to COVID like a little store that's not accessible to anybody. My mom fell here because the aide was not watching so she didn't want her back in her room. Then my mom had more surgery and when she was going to recover they told her she can't come back because she complained. That's so unprofessional of a health care facility. She is under quarantine, so we haven't heard much of the community.
